I contact this office months ago - never received a call back. Finally tried again to schedule a consultation. I left work 2 hours early, drove up to Springville, and hit some traffic in Ellicottville. As I was coming into Springville it was apparent I was going to be a little late so I called. I was told, "Oh, he didn't contact you? He had a death in the family and isn't in today." AFTER I DROVE FOR AN HOUR TO GET THERE?? Really Mr. Vella - let me tell you something - MY TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR TIME. Don't know who the hell you think you are, but you aren't anything special or superior. I wouldn't recommend you to ANYONE for ANYTHING. Pompous ass!!
