After a poor experience at another local vet office I tried Concord, and I'm happy to say I was extremely pleased with the service and care, and sincerity that was obvious from the moment I walked in. Both the vet tech and doctor were so thorough and provided full attention to all the needs of my cat and dog. They were very practical as they talked me through options and possibilities for care of my animals. I've never felt more informed and safe after a vet visit. For reference, I have used four other offices and an emergency clinic in the past 8 years. Although most of them were pretty good, I am very confident we will be sticking around awhile with Concord.

Dr Lango and her staff are WONDERFUL! They go out of their way to make the vet experience as stress free as possible for the animals. They use pheromones to help the animals relax in the office and they always make a great fuss over the animals about how beautiful they are - it really makes a pet owner feel special. PLUS they offer 6 months zero interest on the Care Credit card for any expense over $200.00. My last vet, would only give interest free over $1000.00. I am really like this vet.
