This is without a doubt, hands down the most compassionet, friendly, knowledgeable,group of people. If you are in need of a veterinarian you really need to check them out.
Staff is very friendly and detail oriented. Doctors are great,they don't leave any detail out while giving your fur babies physicals. They take the extra time to discuss different things that would be beneficial to your animals and answer all your questions.
We used to take our dog, Daisy, to see Dr. Reilly. He was so caring and really has a love for animals. Daisy never minded going into the office and was always wagging her tail. I was sad to lose him as a vet when we moved out of state, and we never found anyone who was as amazing as he was. We fully trusted him. He took amazing care of Daisy! I strongly recommend Dr. Reilly to anyone who is looking for a vet for a new pet, or thinking about switching vets because they aren't happy with the care their current vet is giving to their pet.
I've been bringing my " boys " there since 2001, when I moved down to Lake View in Hamburg, which is still a 35 mile drive each way. From when you walk in till you leave,it felt like you were with family. From the exciting times of a new puppy, to the saddest of times which seem unthinkable, the care and concern for you as a person, and your pet as a family member, is overwhelming. Dr. Reilly makes me feel like a brother to him. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for us over the years. The front staff and the assistants are more than friendly - like I said, they feel like family when you are there. Highly recommended is an understatement.
